काका जी के परिवार के ख़िलाफ़ पंचायत की जाती है। सरपंच काका जी की बात सुनता है तो काका जी सबको कहते हैं की मैं अपनी बेटी की भलाई के लिए उसकी दूसरी शादी करना चाहता हूँ और क्या उसे सुखी जीवन जीने का हक़ नहीं है। काका जी सरपंच जो को कहते हैं की वो अपनी बेटी के लिए कुछ भी करने को तैयार है और उन्हें पंचायत का फ़ैसला भी स्वीकार होगा लेकिन वो फ़ैसला करने से पहले ये सोच ले की उनके घर भी बेटी है और उन्हें भी सोचना चाहिए की उनकी बेटी के साथ ऐसा होगा तो क्या करेंगे वो। काका जी ने अपनी बेटी सुकन्या को मारने के लिए अपना हाथ उठाया था इसलिए वो मंदिर में माता के सामने अपने हाथ पर कपूर रख कर जला लेता है और आरती करने लगता है उमाकांत, गोपी और उसकी मां वहाँ पहुँच जाते हैं और काका जी को रोकते हैं तभी काका जी बेहोश हो जाते हैं। गोपी को सुकन्या का लिखा हुआ पत्र मिलता है जिसे पढ़ कर उसे पता चलता है की सुकन्या विधवा आश्रम में है यह सुनकर उमाकांत और गोपी सुकन्या को लाने के लिए निकल पड़ते हैं। रस्ते में लक्ष्मण उन्हें रोक लेता है और उमाकांत को लाठियों से मारता है। ताँगे वाला गोपी को लेकर वहाँ से भाग जाता है और विधवा आश्रम पहुँच जाता है।

As per popular belief Sai Baba was born between 1839 - 1842 AD at Pathni in Marathwada in the Nizam's dominion at the age of eleven Sai Baba appeared under a neem tree at Shirdi and he was recognized as the boy who left the poor Brahmin's home as a child. Four years of painstaking research and the collective enthusiasm and work of artisans and hundreds of workers have produced an authentic Shirdi at Sagar Film City - Baroda for the filming. Sai Baba did not put down anything in writing. It is doubtful whether he consciously wanted to teach. He certainly sought to bring about an awakening. The many miracles he performed, the diseases he cured, the gift of love he gave to his followers were all part of the awakening he brought about. Through the serial, Dr. Ramanand Sagar, the master story teller, intends to spread Baba's social and spiritual messages with a judicious blend of entertainment.
